Challenge
According to an internal source, a high-ranking member of MilSec Industries manages a communication channel reserved for company insiders. The platform hasn't been identified yet, but it allows exchanges by text, voice, video, and even files. Access to this broadcast channel is poorly managed.
Mission: find MilSec Industries' creation date and the name of the secret project.
Flag format: interiut{DD/MM/YYYY_projet_aaa_bbb_ccc} (example: interiut{DD/MM/YYYY_projet_i_need_this})
Note: once the platform is identified, it's best to create a "throwaway" account before joining the broadcast channel to protect your identity.
Research Methodology
Based on the description, we can guess that MilSec Industries uses a platform such as Discord. We can then search for the server on Disboard:

It's possible to join the Discord server without verifying company membership: disboard.org/fr/server/join/1501477303077834884
Once on the server:

Many channels are accessible, and we also notice the presence of two users:

Disboard is a bot for server listing, so it's not very important for this challenge. The MilSec Industries profile is interesting though, since it's the server's moderator.

We notice the "private" role — there might be hidden elements on this server. So we need to explore the server:
- The
dev_logchannel: contains a sort of logbook / to-do list. - The
neonreachchannel: it's empty. - The
planningchannel: contains a link to a calendar. - The
crisis managementchannel: talks about the threat represented by Null-Syndicate. - The
jokeschannel: contains memes. - The
music sharingchannel: contains a link to an album shared on YouTube. - The
meal sharingchannel: contains photos of meals.
Among all these channels, the most interesting one seems to be the planning channel. If we open the link, we access a calendar:

It seems empty at first glance, but it's possible to get information using the search bar:

The event is easy to find because any letter present in the title will display additional information. So we can find this event by searching "MilSec", "Mil", or even "m".

We found the event titled "MilSec Industries Inauguration – The Dawn of the Digital Order". The description contains clear terms such as "Today we celebrate the founding of MilSec Industries" and "Opening ceremony". So it's easy to understand that the event date, namely 01/03/2050, is the company's founding date. The first part of the flag is obtained.
To find the last part, we'll need to analyze the "private" role of the server's administrator. As mentioned earlier, the private role hints that certain parts of the server are restricted.
To find the hidden information, you need to know Vencord, a modded Discord client. One advantage of Vencord over Discord is its plugins, particularly the ShowHiddenChannels plugin:

Once enabled, a hidden channel is revealed:

We now have the complete flag.
